THE PAMPERED POOCH CLIENT AGREEMENT

By signing, you agree to the following:
Dogs must be vaccinated, wormed, and flea-treated (£10 fee if fleas found).
Severely matted coats may be shaved (£10 charge).
15+ mins late may result in cancelled appointment with full fee charged.
Cancellations within 24hrs or no-shows charged in full.
Late collection: £5 fee.
Photos may be used for social media (opt out on request).

Terms and Conditions

48hrs notice required to cancel/reschedule, or full fee applies.
Dogs must be health and fully vaccinated.
Matting may require shaving; client accepts possible risks (e.g. skin irritation).
Parasite charges: Flea £15, Tick removal £5 each.
Extra charges may apply for matting, parasites, or behavioural changes.
Photos may be used for promotional purposes - let us know if you do not consent.

Aggressive Dogs & Restricted Breeds

For safety and insurance reasons, we do not accept aggressive dogs or breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

We may stop a session if a dog displays aggressive behaviour.

It is your responsibility to disclose any history of aggression, including biting. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the session and a fee will still apply. If a dog becomes aggressive and we are unable to complete the groom, we reserve the right to charge a partial or full grooming fee depending on the circumstances.
