From stylish haircuts and gentle de-shedding treatments to a little extra TLC, I make sure every dog leaves looking and feeling their very best.
I hold a GroomArts (iPET Network) Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management (certificate available to view) and am fully insured for your peace of mind.
I’m always happy to book your dog in for a groom, as long as they’re comfortable being handled — such as being brushed, clipped, and gently moved around during the grooming process. I love working with all dogs, but for everyone’s safety, I can only accept pets who can be safely managed during grooming. When a dog is unwilling to cooperate, it can make the experience difficult and stressful for them, and potentially unsafe for both the dog and the groomer.
If a dog shows signs of aggression or attempts to bite, I will need to stop the session, ask you to come and collect your dog, and unfortunately won’t be able to take future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and for helping to keep grooming a safe, positive experience for every dog.

Preventing Matting
To keep your dog’s coat healthy and avoid additional charges:

Regular brushing at home is essential (we can recommend the best brushes for your dog’s coat).

Professional grooming every 4–6 weeks, depending on coat type.

Checking for knots, especially in friction areas (behind ears, armpits, legs).
De-Matting Charges
If your dog has moderate matting, an additional £10 will be added to the grooming price. For dogs with severe matting, an additional £20 will apply.
In cases of severe matting, it may be necessary to shave the affected areas rather than attempt de-matting. This approach is often the kindest and safest option for your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. If shaving is required, we will always discuss this with you beforehand to ensure you’re fully informed.
